use iron ingots and Blacksmithy in the menu there is a repair button on bottom right.

i would hope not but i thik repair only needs around 10.0BS an you can train to 30.0 i believe

it won't break, but if you fail it can reduce the MAX hit points

for example, you have a 50/100 sword you want to repair, if you fail it'll become 50/99
