Now monsters can drop magical jewelry's (bracelets and rings)
each jewel can have:
enchance potions x% (potions get x% stronger)
gold increase x% (monsters give x% more gold)
defense chance increase x%

max hits +x
max stam +x
max mana +x

luck

one jewel can't have enchance, gold increase and defense chance increase, only one of them
same for max stat bonus
